刚刚接运营商通知电信AS4134骨干网广州出境光缆中断影响部分海外地区访问目前处于降级服务并将流量从广州出口转移到上海出口

最近亚太地区光缆被鲨鱼咬的事比较多，最近东南亚就被咬了一根。
然而到良心云HK也不通了，也有可能是陆上段出问题了
